We are now recruiting for the following position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our head office team in Muswell Hill (N10 3HA), they would be required to maintain and control the content and online sales of our evolving website.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of the Internet and its opportunities.
• A good level of Computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised as well as part of a small team.
• excellent communication skills to deal with employees as well as customers.
• Proficiency in using a PC, including Microsoft Office Packages (particularly Word and Excel) is essential.

You will be working on a CRE Loaded shopping cart system and the Sage Pay interface.
A basic understanding of Photoshop software is also desirable; however, full training will be given.

Job description:

Reporting to the Web Store Manager, you will support the Internet team by:

• Process web orders and returns.
• Take telephone orders.
• Locate stock.
• Notify Customers of order status.
• Provide customer service by email and telephon.
• Update stock levels.
• Add new products to the shopping cart system.
• Other duties might include general day-to-day running of an online store.
