In-Store Return Policy
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
We will exchange any unworn good (excluding sale items) within 1 month of purchase.
We will exchange any unworn sale price items if returned within 7 days.
Bags and accessories cannot be exchanged.
If the goods are not of satisfactory quality, please return them and they will be sent to our head office from where a refund will be issued if appropriate.
We regret we cannot refund money where the items are merely unwanted.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note:
We are NOT able to accept returned online orders in any of our high street stores.
Items that have been worn or altered in any way CANNOT be accepted for exchange or return.
From the date goods are received, we offer a 28-day return period for unworn purchases.
Customers must keep their dispatch note as proof of purchase.There is no need to telephone us when sending a return.
Download our Return Form below and fill it out with your order details, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Then please send the parcel to our return address.Please ensure that the goods are packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging and condition they were received in.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend you use recorded mail and obtain a tracking number when you ship your return. Kate Kuba is not responsible for lost shipments.
We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) within 5 days after we receive your returned goods. Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.
Return & Exchange Policy for accessories:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received, you may return it for an exchange or refund under the below conditions:
- Returned items must be new and in unworn condition.
- New and unworn means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal use.
We will not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Did we make a mistake?
Hey, we’re not perfect...
If we make a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional shipping charges.
Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected
